Car Rental Terms
DRIVER'S AGE
Age limit for credit card holders, from 21 to 70 years. For category D cars, the age limit is from 25 to 70 years

DRIVING LICENSE
The driver must hold a license for at least one year.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
One day (24 hours). After one (1) hour has elapsed from the completion of the 24-hour rental, an additional one-day fee will be charged.

FINES
All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the tenant.

SECURITY
CARDEL RENT car renters are insured against fire and third parties for death and bodily injury.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY (CDW )
CDW is included in the rental cost and sets the maximum amount of responsibility of the renter in:
300 euro and you get a refund after the end of the lease.

JOINT SECURITY
The renter charges 8euro per day for each car reservation

Note: Damage to the bottom of the car and the wheels are not covered.

CARDEL RENT is not responsible for anyone who drives under the influence of alcohol / drugs, causes intentional damage, drives off-road, drives without the required care and attention or for damages due to negligence and violation of the Code of Conduct.

The customer assumes full responsibility in the event of such claims.

THEFT COVERAGE (TR)
Free

DELIVERY - COLLECTION AT THE AIRPORT AND PORT
Delivery and pick-up at the airport and port of Mytilene is free from 07:00 to 22:00.
Out of hours (22:00 to 07:00) the tenant is charged an additional 50 euros.
DELIVERY - COLLECTION AT YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
Delivery and collection can be done at your accommodation as long as you are in the area of PETRA, MITHYMNA, EFTALOU, ANAXOS


CHANGES OF CAR TYPES
The company reserves the right to change the type of car in special cases.
